Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Must have Curtain Walling, Façade, Structural glazing industry experience.
- Must have minimum 5 year Quantity Surveying experience
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Estimate, prepare and submit detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and other tender documents.
- Buying and procurement of Materials
- Ideally worked on Large scale Curtain walling, Façade Projects
- Team player, and supportive of colleagues.
- Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects.
