Senior Quantity Surveyor - Refurbishment/Maintenance/new build commercial - Liverpool
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working for a regional contractor on new build developments up to £5m in value along with refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Understanding of public sector works, new build developments, refurbishment of public sector projects
- 2 stage tender experience ideal
- Ability to work alongside and lead other Quantity Surveyors'
- Autonomous working - capability of working with like minded individuals - managing your own developments
- Experience of various forms of construction contracts
- Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited - ideal
