We're seeking an individual who is deeply passionate about civil engineering and dedicated to delivering top-notch designs for our clients. You should be self-motivated, possess strong technical skills, excel in interpersonal communication, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Leading a portfolio of projects within the civil engineering realm
• Engaging with clients to grasp their needs and specific criteria
• Generating reports, drawings, calculations, and other necessary deliverables
• Participating in design reviews for projects across the organization
• Mentoring junior team members
• Collaborating with external design teams and contractors
• Contributing to organizational learning initiatives
• Assisting in bid preparations

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Hold professional status as a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (e.g., CEng, IEng, MICE)
• Possess experience in civil engineering design across various development projects, from initial concept to construction phase
• Demonstrate expertise in drainage and road design, including proficiency in MicroDrainage, Revit, and Civils 3D
• Have experience in preparing flood risk assessments
• Display a demonstrable ability to organize and manage packages of design work
