About Us: You'll be joining a dynamic, multidisciplinary team specialising in Data Centre projects across Europe. This multi-disciplinary consultancy serve Hyperscale, Colocation, and Enterprise clients. Their dedicated team in the UK, along with their European counterparts, lead these projects. Collaborating with global design teams, they provide resources and expertise, ensuring exceptional project delivery.

Position Overview: You will be our ideal CSA Sector Lead - Data Centre Projects, with a robust technical background in the Data Centre sector. You'll oversee multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering projects at a Technical Director level, while also focusing on establishing, nurturing, and managing strong client relationships.

CSA Sector Lead - Data Centre Projects Key Responsibilities:

• You'll act as the CSA Sector Lead - Data Centre Projects for a portfolio of projects
• Coordinate the Civils, Structures, and Architectural DC leadership team
• Lead bids both commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
• Ensure compliance with internal governance throughout the bid stage and project delivery
• Serve as a Client-facing CAM for at least one key account
• Identify and secure targeted projects/revenue
• Present to clients and prospective clients
• Support other Directors in the sector with internal management and strategy
• Perform general administrative and management duties relevant to the data centre team

CSA Sector Lead - Data Centre Projects Minimum Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Engineer (Chartered or equivalent)
• Proven technical experience in a related field
• Recent experience working on Data Centre projects
• Familiarity with various forms of building contracts
• Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
• Work experience within a similar consultancy or relevant business
• Driving Licence
• A clear work history and evidence of professional development and learning
• Ideally, living locally to an office or willingness to relocate

Location: The position offers flexibility in location within the UK/Ireland, preferably near our hubs of expertise - London, Dublin, or Manchester. Travel within the UK&I and Europe is required.
