Maintenance Planner (Manufacturing / Engineering)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Mon - Fri + Training + Off the Tools + Bonus + Company Benefits

Do you have a background in Engineering or Maintenance planning? Are you looking for a role off the tools with a company who operate internationally, who are doubling their production capacity over the coming year, give you the opportunity to work on a days rotation, potential progression into senior roles and offer an annual bonus each year?

On offer is the opportunity to join an international company who manufacture construction materials with a big focus on environmental sustainability, they have multiple sites around the UK and ongoing projects include expanding production and opening new facilities in the coming year. They are looking for someone with maintenance planning or engineering experience to help their operational efficiencies on planned shutdowns.

This varied role will see you responsible for the overall pre-planned maintenance and shutdown planning for the new production site, conducting maintenance review meetings, completing paperwork and keeping the CMMS Systems up to date. You will also support the maintenance team with work permits and compliance audits.

This role would suit someone with a background in Engineering or Maintenance Planning looking for a fully office-based position, where you will play a big part within the department, get the opportunity to progress and boost your earnings with performance based bonuses.

The Role:

• Conducting shutdown and pre-planned maintenance
• Holding maintenance reviews and meetings with Engineers
• Keeping CMMS system up to date
• Ensure all paperwork and permits are completed
• Monday to Friday - 7AM-3:30PM
• 10% performance bonus
• 25 days plus Bank Holidays

The Person:

• Maintenance Engineer or Planner background
• Background using CMMS system's (including E-Maint)
• Commutable to Portishead
