Mechanical Supervisor

Introduction:
Our client, a leading company in the Rail sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important project in the industry - Birmingham New Street.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and assisting with the installation of systems such as HVAC, smoke clearance, carpark ventilation or staircase pressurisation systems.
- Carrying out isolation's and generating safety documents e.g. PTW, LOA etc.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Mechanical Authorised Person.
- Valid Mechanical Authorised Person training to MOD JSP 375 or similar
- NVQ Level 3 in relevant Mechanical subject e.g. pipefitter, HVAC, etc
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid 1day first aid training
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information, write comprehensive reports, and make informed recommendations.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required by project demands.
