We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our conveyor solutions across the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored conveyor solutions.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product development.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the features and benefits of our conveyor systems.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.

Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of conveyor systems or related material handling equipment is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
