- Are you a proven Civil Engineer where you have extensive experience of Design process and design activities
- Do you have knowledge of Eurocodes related to civil engineering
- Would you be interested in joining a well-established engineering consultancy on long-term projects?

Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Civil engineering design office experience
- Manage the interface with the civil designers, providing them all the necessary inputs at the right time, following their progress and making sure the design is delivered on time
- Contribute to a correct design configuration management: preparation of design changes and participation at design change committees
- Support handover of Design Packages released for construction and initiated the delegated responsibilities through this process
- Contribute to CDM reviews, create and maintain the Design Risk Register
- Degree in civil or structural engineering subject, civil or structural Engineering
- Design process and design activities
- Working knowledge of design codes (e.g. Eurocode 2)
- Design with hazard & accidental safety cases
- Working within UK CDM regulations and in a highly regulated industry
- Delivery-oriented and ability to set action plans and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive, pragmatic and adopting a practical approach to resolve issues
It’s great if you also have the following:
- Working towards / Chartered Engineer with either ICE or IStructE
