The Role

As a Water Hygiene Technician at WCS Group, you will be responsible for visiting clients' sites and being the face of our company. Your main goal will be to enhance relationships with existing clients and ensure their water systems remain compliant. Working alongside a team of likeminded professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service and support.

Duties

- Conducting water sampling

- Monitoring temperature levels

- Descaling shower heads and hoses

- Servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)

- Performing tank cleans

If you have a strong work ethic, good computer skills, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

• Salary £23,796-£36,500 (depending on experience), In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available

As a business we offer a ‘Welcome & Loyalty Plan, offering payments of up to £1,500 *Dependant on Job/Experience. Employee’s can be entitled to a Welcome and a loyalty payment at different stages of their journey with us. The payments are however at the company’s discretion, and they do not form part of the employee’s terms and conditions of employment.
